Yes, as we all are seeing now in this year Tour de France, the teams are struggling with hotels in France as many of them don't have air conditioning (not our case though!). The global warming is real and temperature is higher and higher year after year. We do our best to find the best hotels where you can rest properly after you hard stages! And when we cross the border to Spain, yes! then the timing changes and breakfast is later, dinner is later... I like the mix of different hotels and different experiences at several places, you can really tell that you were in different countries even if one only Pyrenees! Thanks again!
